Palm Beach Outlets is partnering with Positive Habitat Aspiring Teens, Inc. (P.H.A.T.) to present “The Perfect Outlet” teen awareness fair — a free, day long event that will focus on youth development and anti-bullying prevention programs, entertainment and other positive, upbeat activities. Numerous nonprofit youth organizations will be participating. P.H.A.T. is a nonprofit youth development organization dedicated to helping teens reach their potential and inspiring them to be responsible adults.
